stores again and again. fox 5's bob barnard with the details from our newsroom. >> these crimes are happening during your morning commute when kids are on their way to school. the armed gunmen have robbed three stores, one in a busy strip mall. this is surveillance video of the two suspects committing their most recent crime, a robbery last tuesday morning. their target? the east pines liquor store here on riverdale road in riverdale, maryland. in the video you can see the men pretty clearly wearing dark clothing and ball caps as they confront the two store employees working that morning. one of the robbers would pull out a gun and demand to be let inside the office. we visited the store this evening. one of the victims told us off camera he told the robbers he didn't have a key. so they bound his and his co- workers wrist with plastic zip ties and made them get on the floor. prince george's county police say they believe the same two men robbed at least two other liquor stores last month, one in suitland and this place on september 4th. it's david's liquors in the lan dove hill

average of $3.79, still that is high. kttv's bob decastro has the latest from california. >> a huge surprise to customers here in southern california, coming to a cosktco known for its huge inventory. lining up and finding out that the inventory of gas is out here. 12cosstco has run out of gas. it does not have it's own gas. it finds it on the open market. customers are waking up and finding out that the price has gone up 12-cents from kwrez are. that is the highest single day spike and the highest price in four years according to aaa. experts predict its likely this will break the record of $4.62 set back in june of 2008. and it's possible we could see the average break the $5 per gallon. this all due to inventory problems, refineries already decreasing production as they wait to switch over to the winter grade fuel at end ever the month. this past monday the refinery in southern california was shut down because of a heat-related power outage. there is a refinery in northern california off line because of a fire last august. the price spike expected to be short-lived. experts say a
